The Accountant and Auditor Features

At the Office

With the Acomba Accountant module, receive the client’s general ledger data via E-mail to correct transactions or enter adjustments in Expert mode. Then you only need to transfer the corrections by E-mail. The client never has to enter the corrections in Acomba.

At the Client’s Office

With the Auditor module, make the necessary GL corrections right in your client’s Acomba software using the Expert mode.

Work in Expert Mode

Both the Accountant and Auditor modules make it possible for the accountant to work in Expert mode and take advantage of advanced features:

• Work in every accounting period
  • Enter new transactions
  • Correct transactions
• Make major changes:
  • Change account number
  • Raise the number of accounting periods in the year (maximum 13)
  • Modify the next entry number in the Company Information window
• Decide whether to print end-of-month reports or not
• Produce expert specific reports:
  • Trial balance for adjustments
  • List of new entries for the current period
  • List of transactions for a single account or a range of accounts
  • List of added accounts, projects or transactions (with the Accountant module)
