Club Piscine franchises will benefit from one of the best computerized management systems on the market
Sainte-Foy, September 9th 2004 – Fortune 1000 Group Inc. (Fortune 1000) (TSX Venture Exchange: FRT) and Club Piscine Plus Québec C.P.P.Q. Inc. (Club Piscine) have signed a partnership agreement to standardize the management system linking Club Piscine franchises to the head office.
This agreement, signed on July 12, 2004, took effect on September 7th, 2004, following the signing of a joint agreement regarding project specifications.
The agreement that Fortune 1000 signed on behalf of its Acomba Head Office Solutions division, specialized in the development of management solutions adapted to the needs of the Canadian franchise-head office model, also includes subsequent development phases to ensure perfect integration and the inclusion of special features requested by Club Piscine and its franchises.
François Taschereau, Fortune 1000 C.E.O., and Robert Aumont, Club Piscine, president are convinced that this partnership will result in the best possible accounting solution for Club Piscine franchises. By acquiring the products and services outlined in this partnership agreement, the franchises will have all the tools necessary for optimal company management.
Club Piscine is a specialized franchiser in the marketing and distribution of garden furniture and accessories, pools, spas and exercise equipment. There are currently 30 franchises in Québec.
