Fortune 1000 Group has developed a powerful and affordable tool to help smbs enlarge their base of return customers

Québec, September 23 2004 – This morning, Fortune 1000 Group Inc. (Fortune 1000 Group) (TSX Venture Exchange: FRT) launched a brand new customer relationship management (CRM) program specially developed for SMBs.

The new program, called Acomba CRM, helps SMBs optimize their profit margin per customer while increasing their base of return customers. This new technology reinforces communications between SMBs and their customers by automating Accounts Receivable elements such as marketing, sales and service after the sale. In addition, it supports the establishment of call centres.

Compared to other similar programs, the product developed by Fortune 1000 Group stands apart due to its highly competitive suggested retail price of $595. In addition, Acomba CRM offers the same ease of use as the other programs in the Acomba family of software. Contrary to products offered by the competition, implanting Acomba CRM does not involve complete operations since the program integrates perfectly with the Acomba Software Suite. The processes for creating accounts receivable lists and reports are intuitive and simple as the data are drawn from the other Acomba Suite programs used by the individual SMBs.

When announcing the launch of Acomba CRM at a dealer conference at Château Mont Sainte-Anne, Fortune 1000 Group CEO François Taschereau signalled that ‘this new program confirms Fortune 1000 Group’s dedication to offering SMBs an integrated suite of programs covering all aspects of their management needs.” (trans.) Acomba CRM should be available as of November 1, 2004.

Fortune 1000 Group has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol FRT since August 16, 2004.
