Québec, June 29, 2005 – Fortune 1000 Group Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: FRT) announces today that it has signed a contract with Uniprix Inc. to become the exclusive supplier of computer-assisted accounting management solutions for Uniprix and its affiliates Unipharm and Uniclinique.
The agreement includes the initial installation of a uniform accounting management system in all Uniprix and Uniprix-affiliate pharmacies. Next, Fortune 1000 Group will supply the 243 affiliated pharmacies with accounting, commercial and banking management software completely compatible and interactive with the system installed at Uniprix’s head office.
The financial conditions of this agreement have yet to be released, but Fortune 1000 Group expects significant recurrent revenues as well as the eventual sale of derivative products and services such as business forms and Acomba software training.
