(Fortsum Business Solutions) (TSX Venture Exchange: FRT) announces today the signature of an agreement for the period from April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2009 with the Ministère du Revenu du Québec for the use of Fortsum Business Solutions’ Auditor’s Drill software.

Compatible with most accounting software used by SMBs in Québec, Auditor’s Drill is a secure high-performance tool for extracting and analyzing company financial data. The agreement henceforth provides for over 1,500 Ministère du Revenu du Québec auditors, located throughout the province of Québec, to use proven Fortsum Business Solutions technology to perform their auditing engagements. This agreement guarantees the Ministère du Revenu du Québec complete technical support, continued development and training necessary for the efficient use of Auditor’s Drill over the next three years.
