Québec, September 18, 2006 – Fortsum Business Solutions Inc. (Fortsum Business Solutions) (TSX Venture Exchange: FRT) announces today that it has signed a second five-year contract with Centria Commerce, a company specialized in electronic commerce, regarding the development, roll-out and technical support of an innovative solution for specialists and suppliers working in the construction field. This agreement is to complete the automation and integration of the invoicing process between Québec-based residential construction businesses and their suppliers via Centria Commerce systems.
“Fortsum Business Solutions is proud to extend its business relationship with Centria Commerce. The signing of a second long-term agreement demonstrates our client’s satisfaction with our technologies and services as well as our capacity to implement electronic transactions regardless of the software used by the parties involved,” said, Fortsum Business Solutions’ Chief Executive Officer, Francois Taschereau. “This strategic partnership, based on a recurrent and transactional revenue model should allow us to generate estimated revenues ranging from $750,000 to $1,500,000 depending on the number of businesses that avail themselves of this new service,“ concluded Taschereau. Estimated revenues include those generated by the previous agreement signed with Centria Commerce on April 26, 2006 as well as sums to be paid over a five-year period as per satellite agreements signed between the parties.
